Cancer Confidence Series
Practical, evidence-informed support to help you take care of yourself during and after cancer treatment.
When you're diagnosed with cancer, you're given an enormous amount of medical information. Then you go home and suddenly have a hundred other questions.
What should I actually be eating? Should I be exercising? What about supplements? Sugar? Stress? Sleep? What can I do to support my body through treatment? And how do I know which health advice to trust?
I've been there. I created Cancer Confidence to help take some of the confusion out of looking after yourself during an already overwhelming time.
Across four live weekly sessions, we'll focus on the practical things you can do to nourish and care for yourself during treatment and recovery, without extreme diets, wellness trends or adding another impossible list of things you "should" be doing.
Over four weeks, we'll cover:
Nutrition during treatment
How to build nourishing, anti-inflammatory meals, understand the fundamentals of good nutrition and make realistic choices around the side effects and challenges of treatment.
Making sense of health information
Cut through conflicting advice around food and lifestyle so you can feel more confident about what actually matters.
Supporting your energy and wellbeing
Practical approaches to movement, hydration, sleep, stress and recovery that can be adapted to how you're feeling and where you are in treatment.
Taking care of yourself through cancer
Simple tools to help you prioritise yourself, work with the season you're in and feel a little more supported and in control of the things you can influence.
Cancer Confidence isn't an alternative to your medical treatment. It's support alongside it.
The series is endorsed by Medical Oncologist Dr Rachel Dear.
What's included
4 live weekly group sessions
Session recordings
Presentation slides and practical resources
A complimentary 30-minute 1:1 integration session with me
$189 AUD
