I didn’t plan to do this work.
I built a successful corporate career.
I was ambitious, disciplined and always pushing myself.
At 33, I was diagnosed with aggressive Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
That experience changed the way I think about health forever.
Because the truth is: I thought I was healthy.
I exercised. I looked fit. I was productive and high-functioning.
But I was also stressed.
Disconnected from my own needs.
Constantly overriding exhaustion.
Living in a state of pressure that had become so normal, I barely noticed it.
Cancer forced me to stop and reassess everything.
I retrained as a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach and became deeply invested in understanding how to truly support the body and mind long-term.
I changed:
• how I ate
• how I rested
• how I managed stress
• how I related to myself
• how I structured my life
And I realised something important: Most women don’t need more information. They need support creating realistic habits in real life.
Now I help women improve their health before burnout, illness or exhaustion becomes their wake-up call.
Not through perfection. Through practical, sustainable change.
What I Believe About Health
Health is not built through extremes. It’s built through what you do consistently.
I believe women deserve support that is:

I also believe stress is one of the most overlooked drivers of poor health.
You cannot separate physical health from the way you live, work, think and cope.

Because feeling better isn’t usually about one perfect habit. It’s about changing the environment your body is trying to survive inside.
