Not at all. Many of my clients are capable, high-functioning women who look like they’re coping from the outside, but know they’re running on empty underneath it all.
This work is about prevention, energy, stress management and long-term wellbeing, not waiting until your body forces you to stop.

Partly, yes, but it’s much broader than that. We absolutely talk about nutrition, but we also focus on stress, sleep, routines, boundaries, nervous system support and the lifestyle patterns that impact how you feel day to day.
Because health is rarely just about food.

Definitely not. I’m not interested in perfection, restriction or unrealistic wellness routines.
The goal is sustainable change. Small shifts that genuinely improve how you feel and can actually be maintained long-term.

Yes, absolutely. While my work now focuses heavily on prevention and helping women before they get sick, I also support women navigating recovery, stress, burnout and rebuilding their health after difficult periods.

Not at all. Many women book Reiki simply because they feel stressed, overwhelmed or exhausted and want space to properly slow down and reset.
My approach is grounded, calming and supportive, not overly “woo woo.”

Both. Depending on the service, sessions are available online Australia-wide, in person on Sydney’s North Shore, or via mobile appointments where available.
