Whether cancer has turned your world upside down, you're trying to find your feet after treatment, or you've simply lost yourself in the busyness of life, I help you understand your health, care for the whole of you and find your way forward.

Practical, evidence-based health coaching, grounded in real life.

Taking care of your health can feel surprisingly hard.

Maybe cancer has turned your life upside down. Suddenly you're dealing with treatment, decisions and uncertainty, and everything you thought you knew about looking after yourself feels different.

Maybe treatment is behind you, but you don't quite feel like yourself yet.

Or maybe nothing dramatic has happened at all. You just know your energy, habits or health aren't where you want them to be, and you're ready to do something about it.

Wherever you're starting from, you don't need to overhaul your entire life.

You need good information, practical support and a way of taking care of yourself that actually works in the life you're living.

Elle, owner of Own Your Health, has learnt the importance of slowing down her nervous system and relaxing her body and mind.

When cancer changes everything, where do you start?

Cancer doesn't just affect your body. It can change your confidence, your relationships, your priorities and how you see your future.

I know how overwhelming it can be to work out what you should be doing for your health, particularly when life already feels out of control.

Whether you're going through treatment or figuring out what comes next, I'm here to help you make sense of the information, understand what you can do and feel more confident taking care of yourself.

I thought I was healthy.

At 33, I was diagnosed with aggressive Triple Negative Breast Cancer.

At the time, I was a marathon runner. I exercised. I looked healthy. I was high-functioning, ambitious and disciplined. But underneath, I was stressed, disconnected from myself, constantly pushing, and running on adrenaline more than I realised.

When chemotherapy didn’t fully eliminate my cancer, I knew I needed to take ownership of my health in a completely different way.

I retrained as a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach and became deeply invested in understanding what actually helps the body stay well.

What started as a mission to prevent cancer coming back became a desire to live a long, healthy life. But over time, I've realised something even more important. I don't just want to live longer. I want to live well. And that means taking care of more than my physical body.

Today, I help women understand their health, reconnect with themselves and make changes that support the life they want to live.

You can’t understand your health without understanding the whole of you.

We spend so much time focusing on what we eat, how we move, how we sleep and what we should be doing to stay healthy. And those things matter. A lot.

But our health is also shaped by our thoughts, emotions, relationships, beliefs and how we're experiencing life.

That's why my approach looks at four parts of health: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual.

Not to give you more things to work on, but to help you understand yourself better, recognise what you need and make changes that genuinely support you.

Because health isn't the point. Life is.
