Hi, I’m Elle, an award-winning health coach, cancer survivor, and founder of Own Your Health. After being diagnosed with Triple Negative Breast Cancer at 33, going through 3.5 years of chemotherapy, surgery, radiotherapy and immunotherapy - and being cancer-free for over five years, I found my purpose: to guide women recovering from cancer to regain their health, confidence, and vitality.
