That’s the work I care about most. Helping women make changes before burnout, illness or crisis becomes the thing that finally gets their attention.
I thought I was healthy.
At 33, I was diagnosed with aggressive Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
At the time, I was a marathon runner. I exercised. I looked healthy. I was high-functioning, ambitious and disciplined. But underneath that, I was stressed, disconnected from myself, constantly pushing, and running on adrenaline more than I realised.
When chemotherapy didn’t fully eliminate my cancer, I knew I needed to take ownership of my health in a completely different way.
I retrained as a Certified Health & Nutrition Coach and became deeply invested in understanding what actually helps the body stay well:
• nutrition
• sleep
• stress management
• nervous system regulation
• movement
• boundaries
• sustainable habits
Not perfection. Not fear. Not wellness trends. Real, practical foundations that help women feel better long-term. Now, I help women make those changes before their body is screaming for attention.
This work is about prevention, energy and long-term wellbeing.
