What types of cancer do you work with?

I work with every type of cancer. Each journey comes with its own challenges, but my approach stays the same: start small, listen to your body, move purposefully, and get back to basics. No matter your diagnosis, I'm here to help you eat and live in a way that empowers you.

Do you work with people during or after treatment?

I support survivors both during and after treatment. When you’re facing treatment, we focus on keeping your body and mind strong so you can take your treatments at full strength. After treatment, our goal shifts to reducing recurrence risk and building a new normal—because there is no “normal” after cancer, and that’s perfectly okay. I’m here to ensure you feel heard, validated, and equipped for every phase of your journey.

Will you help me with exercise?

Absolutely. Exercise is a secret weapon during and after treatment. I’ll help you set realistic, manageable exercise goals that work hand-in-hand with your nutrition plan, so you can build strength and boost your recovery at your own pace.

Will I have to give up certain foods?

Not at all. Unless you have specific intolerances, there’s no need to cut out the foods you love. We focus on balance. Even if you enjoy treats that might be seen as “less healthy,” we work together to incorporate them in a way that supports your overall well-being—so you can truly enjoy life.

How long will we work together?

You can start with a 4 or 6-month program, with the flexibility to adjust as needed. While you’ll see small wins quickly, meaningful, lasting change takes time. Many survivors end up working with me for about 10 months, but our journey will be tailored to what feels right for you.

How much does private coaching cost?
